We welcome walk-in guests. Depending on our stylists’ schedules at the time of your arrival, there may be a waiting period.
Late Guests Policy
We understand, it’s a wild and crazy world. Things happen. If for any reason you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, please let us know! (337) 534-0049 or contact your stylist directly. We try hard to schedule the appropriate amount of time for each service. We will make every effort to accommodate tardiness, but in the event you are very late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. Last minute notice, or no notice at all, prevents our stylist from being able to schedule another client in that time slot. “No Shows” are distractions and frustrating. Any clients with 3 consecutive “No Shows” will be banished from scheduling until the client can prove they are a responsible adult. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge based on service price. All services require a credit card be filed within our secured server.
We value our clients and want every one to leave The Headquarters loving their look. In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, clients have one week following their appointment to have colors or cuts adjusted free of charge.
Product Return & Exchange Policy
We will refund any returned product that is not expired as long as it is not expired and returned before 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. If returned after 14 days but before 30 days an exchange for product or a credit towards product only will be issued.
In the fast-paced, information driven age we live in, phones are part of our daily lives. In consideration of all of our guests, as well as our stylists, we request all cell phones be switched to vibrate or silent. We also request phone conversations during your appointment time may be limited to those of an urgent or emergency nature.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Children should be under supervision at all times. Our staff can not be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby, however if they present a disturbance to our staff or other guests, they maybe ductaped to the wall.
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks or cash or debit cards. (But not food, we never ever, trade haircuts for lunch.)
Weddings and Offsite Event Service
A down payment and credit card is required when booking your packages. No gratuities are included with the package price.
- The balance is due and payable at the time services are completed on the day received.
- A 50% charge will be applied for all services not cancelled 72 hours in advance.
